You can buy my CD online by submitting this form. I will immediately prepare and ship the CD when I get the recieve the form. I know that buying things online is still a little discomforting to many (including myself), so as sign of goodwill, I am currently offering that I am sending you the CD first after which you can pay when you have received the CD in satisfactory condition. There has been no abuse of this service yet - let's keep it that way.
